is in charge of advising and assisting the client in legal and fiscal matters; it is composed by a dozen of people, including 02 partners: Raphael JAKOBA - Managing Partner - and Veronique ANDRIAMBELO - Counsel Department manager, the Senior Legal Advisors, the assistants and the secretariat.

 


A team of Attorneys or Barristers works with the Counsel Department for litigation matters.

 







is specialized in training (Business Law, Tax law …) and in publishing.

 


To that end, it provides in one hand, high level trainings on matters pertaining to business practice, and it publishes in other hand, a quarterly journal which acts as a real communication vector before companies: “
La Revue de MCI”.

has been set up in January 2006 following the obtaining of a license from the OMAPI (Malagasy Board of Industrial Property), to act as a legal representative for Industrial Property.

 






acts as a legal representative of companies to collect their debts. This department works also with banks and insurance companies.

 


MCI Law Firm is also a member of the Lex Africa network.
